Using the site

You're welcome to browse, read and share links to the site. Please don't misuse it: no attempts to break or overload it, no automated scraping that degrades it for others, no spam or malicious content through the pitch form, and nothing unlawful.

Sending us a pitch

Pitching is free, and it helps to know exactly what it does and doesn't mean.

• No agreement yet. Sending a pitch doesn't create a contract, partnership, joint venture or any obligation for either of us to work together.
• Not a confidentiality agreement. We treat pitches with care and use them only to evaluate your idea and reply to you. But a pitch through this form isn't covered by an NDA. If you need one, say so in your pitch, keep the details high level, and we'll sign one before you share more.
• Similar ideas. We talk to many founders and build our own products. We may already be working on, or later work on, something similar to your idea, based on our own thinking or other conversations. Receiving your pitch doesn't restrict that.
• You're allowed to share it. By sending a pitch, you confirm you have the right to share what's in it.

Prices and offers

Prices, timelines, equity splits and scopes on the site are illustrations to help you plan. They aren't offers. Any engagement with us is governed only by a separate written agreement signed by both sides, which will set out the actual scope, price, timeline and ownership terms.

Our content

The text, design, graphics and code of this site belong to Dhruv Sutra LLP or its licensors. You may quote short parts with a link back. Please ask before reusing anything more. Product names and logos of third parties belong to their owners.

Links to other sites

We link to our own products and to other websites. We aren't responsible for the content or privacy practices of sites we don't run.

No warranties

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided as is. We don't promise it will always be online, error free, or that everything on it is complete or current. Nothing on the site is legal, financial or investment advice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Dhruv Sutra LLP isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or from sending a pitch, including loss of profits, data or business opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under Indian law.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site and our services change. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
